"At present there seems to be no way in which concerned citizens can register 
their worries with any expectation that they will be taken seriously. 
Written representations vanish into a black hole. Reports are commissioned 
but ignored. Even rulings by the Ombudsman are disregarded. The average 
voter feels helpless and disenfranchised. That cannot be good for democracy 
or for the future of the country regardless of the political party in power."
